About the role
Your contribution to something big:
Help bring the software behind next-generation radar systems from development into production .
As an Embedded Software Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that software contributions from different technical teams come together as a mature, validated and production-ready solution.
Working at the intersection of embedded software, hardware, security, validation and manufacturing , you will coordinate technical dependencies, create transparency on software maturity and help ensure that the right content and configurations are ready before deployment into production.
This is a technical coordination role where your ability to connect teams, understand technical dependencies and drive topics forward will be just as important as your embedded software knowledge.
In this role, you will:
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of production-ready embedded software , ensuring that required software contributions and production-relevant configurations are complete and aligned.
• Manage technical dependencies and open topics across embedded software, hardware, security, validation, project and manufacturing teams.
• Provide transparency on software maturity, validation status, dependencies, delivery risks and open issues , driving clarification and escalation when required.
• Act as the central coordination interface for software-related production readiness and manufacturing topics , connecting issues with the appropriate technical owners.
• Coordinate validation and readiness checks to identify incomplete, incorrect or incompatible software content before deployment into manufacturing.
• Facilitate technical collaboration and decision-making across multiple teams, ensuring clear ownership and consistent follow-up of actions.
• Drive preventive improvements across the software-to-production delivery process , reducing recurring issues and supporting more robust releases.
• Continuously expand your understanding of radar system-level dependencies , supporting increasingly broad technical coordination topics.
• Explore opportunities to apply software-defined and agentic engineering approaches to improve engineering and delivery processes.
What distinguishes you:
Education
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience
• Relevant experience in embedded software development, software integration, technical coordination, validation, release management or system engineering .
• Experience working across different technical teams and coordinating software dependencies or deliverables.
• Experience with software integration and release processes in complex embedded environments.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrialization or production deployment environments is valuable.
• Experience in automotive electronics or radar systems is an advantage.
Know-how
• Good understanding of embedded systems, software lifecycles, software integration and release processes .
• Knowledge of software configuration management and production-relevant software configurations.
• Understanding of software validation and readiness activities before release or deployment.
• Ability to understand dependencies between software, hardware, security and manufacturing within complex embedded systems.
• Knowledge of production environments and their specific software requirements and constraints is valuable.
• Understanding of production-related security configurations and release content management is an advantage.
• Interest in software-defined and agentic engineering approaches and their potential application within engineering processes is valued.
