About the role
PolyAI is the Agentic Dialog Platform for building the conversational enterprise, used to build, run, govern, and improve dialog agents at scale. Powered by Raven, a proprietary dialog model trained on more than a billion enterprise conversations, PolyAI agents are built for complexity, open at every layer, and sovereign by design. PolyAI serves hundreds of enterprises across 75 languages and 25 countries, including Metro Bank, Marriott, PG&E, and UniCredit.
About the role
We're hiring a senior brand designer to own PolyAI's visual identity and to build the AI-native systems that let that identity scale. You are the day-to-day owner of how the brand looks and feels across campaigns, web assets, sales, events and video. You are also a design engineer at heart. You turn recurring design work into templates, automations and AI-assisted workflows, so the team can produce on-brand work faster without losing craft.
You will work with the Creative Director, the web and content teams, marketing, sales and product. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a lot of range. One week you may be directing a launch video, the next you may be building a component library or an automated asset pipeline.
What you'll do
Own the brand
• Own and manage the brand identity across all marketing: website, events, advertising, sales materials, video and audio demos.
• Champion consistency across the company, including sales, product and people teams. Say no when it matters, explain why and offer a better option.
• Evolve the identity as the company grows, and document it so others can apply it correctly.
• Design web assets, including landing page visuals, page graphics and animation, and hand them to the web team and partners to build. This role does not build pages.
Build the AI-native design system
• Build and maintain a living brand design system: tokens, Figma libraries with variables and components, templates, and guidelines written for humans and for AI tools.
• Turn repeatable work into AI-assisted workflows, templates and generators that marketing, sales and product can use without a designer in the room.
• Automate production with scripts, AI coding tools and no-code tools, for example resizing and localising ad variants, generating decks and building video templates.
• Define quality guardrails for AI-assisted output: review checkpoints, acceptance criteria and feedback loops that prevent brand drift.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI design, image, video and audio tools. Share what works and what doesn't, and help the wider team build fluency.
Create and direct
• Concept and design campaign assets end to end: key visuals, paid and social creative, ebooks, one-pagers, sales decks, event materials and custom client content.
• Direct and produce video and motion work, from storyboard to final edit, using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Use design thinking to solve marketing problems, and work with the team to test and improve engagement and conversion.
• Repurpose content across channels.
Lead and collaborate
• Partner with design, motion, and development partners or agencies end to end: briefs, direction, review and quality.
• Partner with engineering and product so the brand carries through to product-adjacent surfaces.
• Explain design decisions to non-designers and tie them to business goals.
What we're looking for
• 7+ years of brand design experience, with a track record of owning a brand or identity at an applied AI, SaaS or other fast-growing technology company.
• A portfolio showing a brand system that grew and was applied consistently across channels. Case studies of tools, templates or workflows you built are a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real creative workflows (
