About the role

With 1,000+ intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company! The Executive Intelligence team is looking for an analyst who can translate a wide breadth of information into compelling, executive-ready narratives and carry that work directly into a dedicated region. This is an individual contributor role: the focus is on owning the intelligence relationship for your assigned region end-to-end, partnering closely with field and partner teams to drive ARR engagement, and serving as the trusted intelligence voice executives and customers turn to within your geography. A successful candidate will thrive in an environment that offers autonomy and expects a proactive, action-oriented mentality. They will be highly skilled at consuming and synthesizing large volumes of information, collaborating across teams, and translating complex issues into actionable insights for decision-makers. They will be able to confidently translate analyses into organizational risk language and conduct forecasting to a high standard. This person will serve as the regional connective point between Insikt and the field, working hand in hand with Sales, Customer Success, partners, and regional leadership to ensure intelligence is relevant, timely, and tied to measurable business outcomes in the region. What You'll Do: • Own intelligence engagement for a specific region, acting as the primary intelligence advisor to field teams, partners, and customers within that geography. • Partner seamlessly with regional Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams to drive ARR engagement, support renewals and expansion, and demonstrate the value of intelligence throughout the customer lifecycle. • Produce and deliver executive-ready deliverables, including Executive Intelligence Reports (EIR) 5-6-page reports, presentation slides, talking points, one-page takeaways, blog posts, webinars, newsletters, and related strategic content for executives. • Consume, analyze, and distill a holistic representation of Insikt's research, along with open source research, into clear narratives relevant to your region's customers and stakeholders. • Deliver briefings directly to customers and prospects in the region, supporting field teams in deals and account engagements. • Surface region-specific intelligence requirements and feedback from customers and field teams, and channel them back to Insikt to help shape research priorities. • Support and adopt AI and new tooling in your own workflows to improve the efficiency, scalability, and consistency of regional intelligence support without compromising analytical quality. • Work under tight deadlines to support ad hoc requests from customers, field teams, and Recorded Future executives connected to your region. • Maintain awareness of cybersecurity, technology, security best practices, and macrogeopolitical and economic trends, with particular attention to developments relevant to your region. What You'll Bring: • 5+ years of experience as a research analyst, consultant, or similar position. • Strong critical thinking, writing, and speaking ability — to be assessed via (1) a one-page executive takeaway and (2) a panel presentation. • Demonstrable experience researching and analyzing cyber, geopolitical, and/or physical threats. • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts in written and verbal products. • Ability to craft compelling perspectives around a technical topic, then argue their validity in a logical and persuasive way. • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working directly with field teams, partners, customers, and seniority levels up to the executive suite. • Experience or strong interest in working alo
