About the role
• Support with renewals for Individual and SME business for Middle East and Africa markets. • Work on Individual policy set up. • Manage the individual underwriting team mailbox • Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate. • Perform legal check on new quote census. • Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting. • Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs • Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively. • Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards. • Support underwriters in other tasks, as needed.
