At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. • Build our Early Talent programs in EMEA: lead local New Grad and Intern hiring, grow university relations and campus pipelines, and work with HQ on planning and execution and with local engineering leaders to hire early-career talent who meet our high bar.
• Build creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, tailored to each function and market and backed by EMEA market intelligence.
• Manage the pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, with an exceptional candidate experience.
