US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Get to Know Us Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.  We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.   What You'll Do The Senior Software Engineer on the Partner Integrations team plays a key technical role in how NodeZero connects to the security ecosystem. Our integrations with CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk, ServiceNow, and dozens of other platforms are how customers turn NodeZero findings into action — they're not an afterthought, they're a core part of the product. You will design, build, and maintain integration architecture, contribute to reliability and observability standards, and work on key integration surfaces across the platform. You will write production code, participate in architecture design, collaborate with peer engineers, and help solve complex integration challenges alongside team leadership. The team is building a portfolio of integrations on a shared framework — your job is to build on and enhance that framework to ensure every integration is reliable, maintainable, and seamless for our customers. This role reports to the Partner Integrations Engineering Manager.
