Our Enterprise Agentic Automation Team (EAAT) builds production-grade agentic orchestration using Camunda's platform for Camunda's own operations, from Finance to Support to Go-to-Market. As Senior Architect, you own delivery on our EAAT-led initiatives end to end. • Run discovery with process owners: as-is baseline, target process, and where agents, rules or humans handle each step
• Turn target processes into epics engineers can build from directly: scenarios, acceptance criteria, increments
• Design solutions within our reference architecture, and bring new patterns based on lessons learned
• Lead technical delivery on your initiatives: plan increments with the engineers, manage dependencies and risks, and keep process owners and sponsors aligned on progress and decisions
• Define and track value per initiative and increment, and keep business decisions moving
• Feed delivery learnings back into the reference architecture, our delivery method and Camunda's product

• Strong business analysis and process management skills: runs discovery and process redesign workshops with business stakeholders, models processes in BPMN, and turns the outcome into solid solution designs
• Solution and data architecture in an enterprise context: integrations and APIs, and the data a process and its agents need across systems
• An AI-first mindset, including first experience designing and building enterprise-grade agentic solutions
• Holds their own with senior stakeholders and gets decisio
