US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Our mission at ŌURA is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.
Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Commercial Systems (Contract) to provide interim leadership of Commercial Systems within Commercial Operations during a period of transition. In this role, you will own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives that support our Commercial teams by working with Systems partner teams from across the organization. You will set direction and stay hands-on to keep programs moving, with a high degree of autonomy. This is a 3 month contract with potential for extension.
What You Will Do:
• Ensure the Commercial Systems roadmap reflects the highest-ROI work by running a clear intake and prioritization process, and saying “not now” to senior stakeholders when needed
• Turn ambiguous business requests into clear, documented requirements that admins, engineers, and vendors can build against
• Deliver multiple concurrent initiatives on time, from planning and dependency management through UAT, launch, and status reporting
• Keep Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders aligned by resolving competing priorities and removing roadblocks
• Keep the broader stakeholder group informed through consistent roadmap updates, status summaries, and timely escalations
• Maintain continuity of in-flight work by inventorying active initiatives and stakeholders in your first weeks
• Leave Commercial Systems more documented and easier to hand off than you found it, whether processes and decisions pass to returning team members or a permanent hire
This is a remote role based in the US.
What you'll bring
• 10+ years of related experience, including 3-5+ years running cross-functional programs or a systems or operations function
• Has built or run an intake and ROI-based prioritization process, and can say “not now” to senior stakeholders and make it stick
• Can run discovery with non-technical partners and turn vague asks into clear, documented requirements that engineers, admins, and vendors can act on
• Has managed multiple concurrent initiatives end to end, including planning, dependencies, UAT, launches, and status reporting
• Credible with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and/or Ops, and skilled at resolving competing priorities without formal authority
• Strong written and executive communication, including roadmap updates, status summaries, and clear escalations
• Self-directed, able to get oriented quickly
Nice to have:
• RevOps or GTM systems background (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, data and reporting)
• Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, or comparable systems
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, or contract administrators
• Prior interim, fractional, or consulting experience
• Experience in a high-growth company where process is still being built
Benefits

What we offer:
• Competitive salary
• Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
• An Ōura Ring of your own during your tenure
