- Canada has no single salary bar: the employer usually needs a positive LMIA. Pay at or above the provincial median wage + 20% (e.g. C$36.92/h in Ontario) puts it in the high-wage stream. Canada: Express Entry no longer awards ranking points for job offers (since 25 Mar 2025); a job offer still counts toward Federal Skilled Worker eligibility.

About the role
Distributors operate on thin margins, maintain tight service levels, and navigate complex networks of suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and sales channels. They are looking for an ERP that does more than record transactions. They want one that helps them anticipate demand, move inventory faster, and fulfill orders accurately.
Acumatica is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product direction for our Distribution Edition. You will translate what wholesale and distribution customers need into a clear roadmap, work side by side with engineering and our partner ecosystem to deliver it and make Acumatica the obvious choice for growing distributors.
Distribution Capabilities You Will Own
Inventory and warehouse management, order management and fulfillment, purchasing and procurement, pricing and rebates, and demand planning and replenishment.
What You'll Do
Own the Distribution Roadmap
• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision and roadmap for Distribution, aligned to corporate strategy and our other industry editions.
• Turn customer, partner, and market insight into prioritized market requirements that engineering can build against.
• Build the business case for planned investments so leadership can make informed decisions on scope, timing, and tradeoffs.
• Make deliberate build, buy, and partner choices, including where our ISV ecosystem should lead.
Bring AI into Distribution Workflows
• Identify where AI should automate, assist, or keep a human in the loop across demand forecasting, replenishment, order exceptions, pricing, and warehouse operations.
• Design for the trust, transparency, and control that operations teams require.
• Define measurable outcomes such as inventory turns, fill rate, order accuracy, and time saved, and hold the roadmap accountable to them.
Know the Market and the Customer
• Spend time with distributors, resellers, and ISV partners to understand how they run their operations and where Acumatica wins or loses.
• Track competitors and market trends and turn them into clear differentiation for sales and marketing.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Distribution inside and outside the company.
Deliver and Launch
• Partner with engineering and UX on design, scope, and delivery, and review functional designs and release plans.
• Lead launch readiness across the organization: beta programs, early adopters, documentation and training review, and enablement for sales, support, and services.
• Create the collateral that makes new capabilities easy to sell, including demos, data sheets, and presentations.
• Monitor product quality and adoption metrics and drive improvements.
Support Customer and Partner Success
• Resolve escalations from support, customer success, and implementation teams.
• Contribute to knowledge base content and partner education.
What Success Looks Like
• A Distribution roadmap that customers, partners, and internal teams rally behind.
• Capabilities in the market that customers adopt and can measure.
• Stronger win rates, expansion, and retention in Distribution accounts.
• A healthy partner ecosystem extending the edition where it matters most.
Experience
• 7+ years of product management experience in business applications, in the ERP space.
• Direct domain experience in the distribution vertical market and product experience with inventory, warehouse management, order management, purchasing, and supply chain management.
• Track record of taking products from market requirements through launch with measurable results.
• Experience working with ISVs, partners, or other platform ecosystems.
Product and Business Skills
• Strong roadmap and prioritization skills, with decisions tied to customer value and business
