No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Headquarters: United States URL: https://www.clickguard.com/ We are seeking a hands-on, systems-driven RevOps Manager to own the data, tools, and processes behind every stage of our revenue funnel: signup, trial, paid, renewal, expansion, and churn. ClickGuard will run four motions on the same stack: a self-serve trial, a sales-assisted motion for larger advertisers, outbound to advertisers and PPC agencies, and an agency partner program. This role makes sure a trial, a paying customer, and a dollar of MRR are counted the same way in HubSpot, Stripe, PostHog, and every report built on them. This is an AI-first operations role for someone who has personally built revenue systems that leadership used to run the business, and who uses AI to do the work of a larger ops team. You will own our CRM, our funnel data, the weekly revenue scorecard, and the workflows that move accounts from one stage to the next. Your superpower is turning messy, disconnected data into numbers people act on. You treat RevOps as a data and systems problem first, and an admin problem second. Every workflow you build has an owner, a test, and an alert when it breaks, so a broken lead flow shows up in your inbox the same day it breaks and gets fixed before it reaches the quarter-end numbers. Using AI tools is the baseline. We want someone who can show what they have personally built with AI, how it changed their workflow or capacity, and what measurable impact it had on data quality, speed, conversion, revenue, or headcount efficiency. What You'll Own • HubSpot end-to-end: object model (contacts, companies, workspaces, deals, tickets), lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, workflows, and permissions, with one owner per field and every critical workflow tested and monitored • The revenue data layer (built with our engineering and data team): the app, Stripe, and HubSpot feeding PostHog, with shared definitions for trial, paid, MRR, churn, expansion, and reactivation that every report uses • Funnel instrumentation and attribution: source captured at signup, account qualification by measured ad spend, and a clear trail from first touch to trial to paid to renewal • AI-powered RevOps systems at scale: build and operate workflows where AI materially increases throughput across enrichment, routing, lead and account scoring, health scoring, data hygiene, and reporting. You should be able to demonstrate systems you have personally built and the business results they produced. • The weekly revenue scorecard for the leadership meeting, pulled from source data; and the operating processes behind sales and customer success: quote and discount approvals, agency account handovers, refunds, chargebacks, and failed-payment recovery. You're a Fit If • You've personally rebuilt a CRM that a revenue team relied on, and you can show the before and after: workflows fixed, fields retired, duplicate records merged, and reports leadership started to trust. • You have built real AI-powered workflows and can show what you built, where AI sat in the workflow, what it automated or augmented, and the measurable impact it created. • You understand subscription revenue well enough to reconcile MRR between Stripe and the CRM, and to explain why the two numbers differ • Hands-on with HubSpot (Operations Hub or equivalent), SQL, CLI, API’s, Webhooks, n8n/Make, and Claude Code or Codex • You can explain lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and attribution models without Googling • You treat product usage as revenue data: trial activity, connected ad accounts, and plan limits feed scoring and routing You're Not a Fit If • Your experience is mostly building dashboards on top of data someone else had to fix • You measure success in workflows built and tickets closed rather than c
