ROLE OVERVIEW
The GTM Strategy & Operations is on Harvey’s Revenue Operations team focused on our overlay organizations: Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and adjacent post‑sale teams.
This team serves as a core strategic and operational partner to GTM, helping these overlays scale their impact across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you act as a strategic force multiplier and trusted advisor to overlay leaders, helping them sharpen strategy, tighten execution, and focus on the highest‑leverage work.
You will spend your time partnering with these leaders, driving cross‑functional initiatives that support them, and building the operating rhythms that keep overlays and core sales aligned.
It is an opportunity to sit close to customer‑facing decisions, influence how our overlay orgs evolve, and help define what “great” looks like for Harvey’s go-to-market engine.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Act as a business partner to these overlay teams, helping establish and evolve the strategic and operational foundations for how they plan, execute, and measure success in support of our broader GTM goals.

- Define, scope, and drive high‑priority initiatives that address complex, high‑impact problems for Customer Success and Legal Engineering, from opportunity identification through execution and follow‑through.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, RevOps, Finance, and Product to align on goals, clarify roles between overlays and core teams, and ensure programs land cleanly in the field.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights from overlay and field stakeholders into clear recommendations for GTM leadership, focusing on strategic trade‑offs, resourcing, and process improvements rather than pure analytics.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, consulting, or finance. Ideal candidates will have a combination of GTM Strategy & Operations experience in a high‑growth B2B or SaaS environment, and experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strate
