Here, you will make an impact by: • Leading 3M Consumer Business Group’s retail media value roadmap and identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth through improved retail media investments and capabilities. • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Insights, and agency teams to improve investment decisions, optimize media performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. • Establishing retail media standards, governance, and agency accountability frameworks that improve execution quality and investment effectiveness. • Building measurement approaches, dashboards, decision tools, and advanced analytics capabilities to support data-driven media and commercial decisions. • Developing organizational capability through training, coaching, and adoption of retail media best practices across brands, accounts, and markets.   Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start). • Ten (10) years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, eCommerce, retail media, or related commercial marketing disciplines in a private, public, government, or military environment.   Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: • Demonstrated expertise across retail media, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and onsite/offsite media activation. • Experience improving business performance through media optimization, investment reallocation, and measurement-based decision making. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority. • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. • Experience within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or another multi-brand consumer business with significant retailer partnerships. • Experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Orange Apron Media, and other major retail media networks. • Experience applying incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, advanced analytics, automation, or AI to marketing decisions. • Strong analytical, financial, communication, and capability-building skills.   Work location: • On-Site: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. • Travel : May include up to 10% • Relocation: May be authorized   Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
