About the Role: In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to set up and maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of doctor profiles and healthcare institutes. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong ability to work with large data sets. A Day in the Life of a Provider Data Operations Associate: • Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, audit and analyze data • Build and maintain detailed provider profiles by merging data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Use Excel/Google spreadsheets to manage and update large datasets, create reports, and conduct data analysis • Review and verify the accuracy of provider information to ensure all details are up-to-date, and address any gaps or inconsistencies through outreach • Ensure all data privacy and compliance standards are met Skills & Qualifications: • At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (good percentage or a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation and above) • At least 2 years of work experience • Relevant experience in data analysis, SQL, or Excel-based roles is highly desirable. • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research, summarization, and data validation, with the ability to review, refine, and quality-check AI-generated outputs. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in working with complex data • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team • A background in US healthcare or other data-driven industries is a plus Benefits • An incredible team of smart and supportive people • A competitive compensation package, including attractive medical insurance • Amazing perks think catered lunch every day, Ping Pong, etc. • Daycare/creche facility for kids • The chance to create a better healthcare experience for millions of patients! • Corporate wellness programs with Headspace • Cellphone and wifi reimbursement • Competitive parental leave • Sabbatical leave (over 5 years) • Annual sponsored health check-ups • Zocdoc is certified as a Great Place to Work 2024-2026 About us Zocdoc is the country’s leading digital health marketplace that helps patients easily find and book the care they need.
