About the role
Rendering Supplies Ireland LTD are seeking an experienced Internal Plasterer / Core Drilling Supervisor to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising internal plastering and core drilling operations on a variety of residential, commercial, and construction projects. This role combines hands-on trade skills with site supervision responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate internal plastering and core drilling activities on site.Lead and manage teams of plasterers, core drilling operatives, and apprentices.Carry out internal plastering, skimming, patching, and finishing works as required.Operate and oversee core drilling works in concrete, masonry, and other construction materials.Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship.Monitor productivity and ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines.Coordinate with site managers, project managers, clients, and other contractors.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards.Organise labour, materials, tools, and equipment required for projects.Train, mentor, and support junior operatives and apprentices.Essential RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in plastering, core drilling, or related construction trades.Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role.Proven experience in internal plastering and core drilling operations.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of construction site health and safety requirements.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Desirable RequirementsSafe Pass Certification.Manual Handling Certification.First Aid Training.Full Clean Driving Licence.Experience supervising teams on large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.What We OfferCompetitive rate of €21.37 per hour.Full-time permanent position.Long-term career opportunities.Ongoing training and professional development.Professional and supportive working environment.Opportunity to work on a range of projects throughout Ireland.ApplyInterested candidates should submit an up-to-date CV detailing their qualifications, employment history, and relevant supervisory experience.Rendering Supplies Ireland LTD, Drumbarnet Upper, County Donegal, F92 T271 IrelandAnnual Wage: €43,338 based on a 39 hour work week with an hourly rate of €21.37
