H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

The Associate AI Solutions Delivery Associate helps turn business needs into practical, AI-enabled solutions while building hands-on delivery skills. Working with close guidance and detailed instructions, you will configure approved AI capabilities, departmental automations, digital intake experiences, and productivity tools using reusable patterns and standard low-code/no-code platform components. You will learn how to translate well-defined requirements into reliable solutions, test your work, document how they operate, and support colleagues who use them.  What you get to do in this role:  • Use generative AI and approved agent capabilities to streamline well-defined business activities, such as summarizing content, classifying information, preparing drafts, or guiding users through standard processes.  • Configure basic applications, intake forms, approvals, notifications, and linear workflows using visual development tools and reusable components.  • Apply approved templates, data schemas, prompts, skills, connectors, and solution patterns rather than rebuilding capabilities that already exist.  • Work with business analysts, process owners, and more experienced delivery specialists to clarify requirements and convert them into configured solutions.  • Create and validate tables, fields, relationships, business rules, and data-quality checks for well-defined use cases.  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing using established test scenarios; document defects clearly and resolve issues within your assigned scope.  • Prepare concise solution documentation, including process flows, configuration decisions, test evidence, operating instructions, and known limitations.  • Help users adopt delivered solutions, respond to routine questions, and escalate platform, security, data, or design concerns to the appropriate technical partner.  • Build your knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, accessibility, and platform standards, and apply those requirements throughout delivery.  To be successful in this role, you have:  • 1+ years of relevant experience through employment, internships, academic work, training programs, volunteer work, or personal projects in business systems, workflow automation, application development, data, or AI-enabled solutions.  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, computer science, data, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  • Working knowledge of structured data concepts, including tables, fields, keys, relationships, validation, and basic data quality.  • Experience using, configuring, or learning visual development, automation, productivity, or AI-assisted tools. • Ability to break a defined problem into clear steps, follow established procedures, test outcomes, and communicate when requirements or results are unclear. • Curiosity about how generative AI and task-specific agents can improve business processes, paired with sound judgment about when human review is needed.  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a structured team environment.  • Ability to learn new technologies, incorporate feedback, and manage assigned work with attention to quality and detail.  Preferred qualifications:  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, relational databases, APIs, or enterprise SaaS applications.  • Experience creating prompts, reusable instructions, automations, applications, or prototypes that use generative AI.  • Exposure to Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, process mapping, source control, or technical documentation. • Coursework, training, or an entry-level credential related to application development, automation, data, cloud platforms, or r
