About BlueHeart Energy We are on a mission to decarbonize industrial heat. Our thermoacoustic heat pump technology delivers clean, high-temperature heat to replace fossil fuels in factories. We are a fast-growing team of engineers, scientists, and innovators working at the intersection of technology and sustainability. The Internship Join our Supply Chain team and gain hands-on experience in purchasing operations, supplier management, and process improvement. This is a great opportunity to understand how strategic purchasing supports business development in a growing technology company. Please note: To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands and remain enrolled as a student until at least February 2027 . What You’ll Do • Work directly with suppliers and engineers to bring new components from idea to production. • Take ownership of your own sourcing and development projects , with guidance from the team. • Support supplier sourcing, RFQs, quote comparisons, and supplier selection . • Help track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance . • Join supplier meetings and gain hands-on experience in sourcing and negotiation. • Support logistics, inventory, and supply planning . What We’re Looking For • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operation Management, or a related field. • Organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills. • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working with dashboard and data (Excel is required, and automated tool knowledge is a plus). • Fluency in English What We Offer • Internship allowance and travel allowance. • A friendly, international work environment. • Training and mentorship from experienced professionals. • Access to mental health support via OpenUp. • Be part of a scale-up, making a real impact on sustainability.
