Position Summary Mon- Friday 11pm-7am (3rd shift)   Join a dynamic warehouse team where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping inventory flowing efficiently throughout the facility. Responsibilities include safely operating a reach truck to replenish pick locations, put away incoming product into reserve storage, and ensure inventory is accurately positioned to support customer demand. In this fast-paced environment, you'll work with advanced warehouse management systems, navigate high-bay racking, and contribute directly to operational success by maintaining product availability and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven setting, demonstrates strong attention to safety, and enjoys working independently while supporting team goals. Required Qualifications • Ability to use hand and powered tools to perform job function. • Must be able to obtain license to operate all types of powered equipment within 90 days. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb for an extended period of time. • Must be able to lift frequently 20-45 lbs., occasionally 45-75 lbs. • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to include high volume periods. • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. • Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision. • Proven ability to be a team player who is comfortable working in a team-based environment. • Ability to work with different levels of colleagues with focus on customer service. • Ability to act competently in emergencies.
