You’re an experienced HRIS professional who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and finding better ways for systems to support the business.  Ideally, you’ll bring:  • 6+ years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with strong technical and functional capability  • Hands-on experience across EC, ECP, LMS, Onboarding, PMGM and EC Time Off  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, reporting and integrations  • Experience partnering with and managing external AMS/support providers  • A good understanding of HR and Payroll processes and how technology supports them  • Strong HR data analysis, reporting and problem-solving capability  • An understanding of data flows, integrations, security permissions and organisational structures  • The ability to confidently manage stakeholders and competing priorities  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
