Klaviyo's GTM Systems team builds and runs the systems that power marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, and services. We're looking for a Lenior Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering complex SaaS GTM and revenue systems programs, who understands both how the systems work and how the business runs on them, and who is excited to bring AI into how we plan, deliver, and operate. About the team Our GTM Systems team sits at the center of Klaviyo's GTM engine, connecting Salesforce, CPQ, billing and finance systems, customer success and support platforms, and professional services tooling. We own the roadmap that lets our teams move quickly, trust their data, and focus on helping customers grow. As we scale, we're rebuilding parts of that stack around AI and agentic workflows as the operating model, not a bolt-on experiment, and we need a program leader who can deliver that change reliably. About the role As Lead Technical Project Manager, you own delivery of our highest-impact, highest-complexity GTM systems programs from intake through hypercare. Think CPQ replacement, quote-to-cash changes, customer success and support platform upgrades, and AI-enabled workflows that cut across Sales, Customer Success, Services, Finance, and Internal Audit. You turn ambiguous business goals into clear plans, sequence work across many teams shipping into the same core systems, and keep leadership informed with an honest view of commitments, risks, and progress. You'll work hands-on with business systems analysts, developers, architects, vendors, and finance and audit partners, and you'll regularly present to senior and executive leadership. You use AI yourself to run programs faster and better, and you help bring it into the way our teams work. How you'll make an impact • Own program delivery end to end: intake, prioritization, scoping, sequencing, status, and operating cadence for a multi-quarter GTM systems roadmap, from discovery through launch and hypercare. • Lead cross-functional programs at scale: manage dependencies across Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Customer Success, Services, Finance, Legal, Security, and Engineering, including teams that don't report to you. • Drive technical decisions with engineers and architects: weigh trade-offs, build-vs-buy calls, integration patterns, and vendor evaluations, and make sure decisions are documented and defensible. • Deliver with controls built in: partner with Finance, Internal Audit, and Security on revenue-impacting systems work (SOX/ITGC, access, change management, audit traceability) so controls are designed in, tested, and evidenced. • Manage vendors and implementation partners: run joint project plans, steering committees, decision logs, and risk reviews, and hold partners to commitments. • Bring AI into GTM and into how we deliver: help scope and ship AI and agentic workflows into production, and use AI tooling to improve planning, status reporting, testing, and documentation. • Build the operating model: establish intake, planning, release management, and reporting practices that hold up as the portfolio grows, and mentor teammates on program craft. • Communicate with clarity: give GTM Systems, GTM, Finance, and executive lead
