H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

You will serve as the product manager for our supply and demand planning tools, owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the systems teams use to forecast demand, understand supply, and plan allocations. Your users will include Product TPMs, Capacity TPMs, and Compute TPMs, alongside partners across Finance, Accounting, Leadership, Engineering, and Research. This role combines product management, technical program leadership, data engineering, and applied data science. You will partner with engineering and data teams to build reliable data foundations, improve forecasting and scenario planning, and scale our tools and success metrics across CPU, storage, network, and GPU resources. Drive data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and traceability so users can understand and trust planning outputs. - Advance forecasting and analytical capabilities. Work with engineering and data partners to connect product and research plans to infrastructure demand. Make assumptions, uncertainty, forecast accuracy, and capacity constraints visible to decision makers. - Define and scale meaningful success metrics. Measure data quality, forecast performance, planning speed, and tool adoption. Establish consistent ways to track capacity availability, utilization, and efficiency across CPU, storage, network, and GPU resources. - Support planning across multiple cloud providers.
