US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Dexory is a fast-moving technology company transforming warehouse operations through cutting-edge robotics, autonomous systems and real-time data intelligence. We work with some of the biggest names in logistics, including GXO, Maersk and DHL, and we are a career defining company.
Every robot we ship starts with a plan. That is where you come in.
We have a new opportunity for a Production Planner to join our dedicated team based at our Robotics Campus.
You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to ensure our robots are built efficiently and delivered to customers on time. Working closely with teams across Procurement, Stores, Engineering and Production, you'll ensure materials, resources and priorities are aligned. You'll also play a key role in improving planning processes as we continue to scale and grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate customer orders, demand forecasts and delivery commitments into realistic production schedules. Proactively identify changes, assess capacity and adjust plans to maintain on-time delivery.
• Manage MRP requirements, anticipate material shortages and work closely with Procurement to ensure components are available when needed, including long-lead-time items.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Stores to maintain accurate BOMs and stock records, ensuring effective inventory control and minimising excess and obsolete stock.
• Align Sales, Finance, Production and Procurement through the S&OP process, providing clear reporting, actionable insights and visibility of production performance.
Experience
Essential
• Proven planning experience (demand, production or materials) in manufacturing.
• Hands-on MRP, BOM control and inventory management, with a good grasp of forecasting and supplier lead times.
• Experience working closely with Procurement, Stores, Production, Engineering and Finance.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel and ERP/MRP or planning systems experience.
• Clear communicator, confident to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
Nice to have
• Robotics, electronics or other technology-led hardware manufacturing, ideally complex or configurable products.
• Experience in a fast-growing business, improving or building planning processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and managing engineering changes.
What success looks like
• Build transparent insight across client requirements, manufacturing timelines, and component stocks while maintaining practical strategies to mitigate operational risks.
• Implement a responsive manufacturing workflow that optimizes punctual fulfillment while reducing inventory bottlenecks and assembly disruptions.
• Unify Commercial, Purchasing, Inventory, Operations, Engineering, and Finance around one centralized, dependable truth.
• Create scalable scheduling frameworks and reporting mechanisms that empower Dexory as output accelerates.
• Serve as the go-to expert for operational scheduling, offering clear guidance on build priorities, target dates, and potential supply chain hazards.
