US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring an ADR I to join our Account Development team at Camunda. We're a tight-knit, energetic team that takes outbound seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We run structured prospecting motions, share what's working in real time, celebrate the wins together, and still allow for flexibility in the way we operate because booking a good meeting takes real work and progressing an opportunity puts ADRs at the forefront of a great GTM motion. This is a strong entry point into tech sales for someone who wants to learn and refine the fundamentals of prospecting, discovery, and pipeline generation inside an enterprise software motion. You'll work directly with Account Executives but will also be responsible for prospecting into your own patch. We ask that all of our ADRs have a remote environment that is conducive to consistent weekly motions and to be able to travel 4-6 times per year, usually a week or less at a time. As an ADR I, you'll run long-term outbound and timely inbound prospecting motions to generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. Working emails, sales cadences, social outreach and most importantly calls to get in front of the right people at the right accounts at the right time. This role exists because a sustainable pipeline is built through persistence, consistency, a growth mindset and an ability to diagnose challenges and bring solutions within your own prospecting motion. What you'll be doing: • Generate qualified pipeline by running outbound prospecting across email, phone, event outreach and attendance and LinkedIn into target accounts. • Qualify inbound interest through ADR-led scheduled calls and convert into booked meetings for Account Executives. • Research accounts, personas and signals to tailor and leverage AI for high touch low impact motions. • Partner with Account Executives to understand what constitutes a quality meeting, contact and account, and adjust your approach based on feedback. • Exhibit excellent operational hygiene by tracking activity and pipeline health in Salesforce and other sales tools to monitor your own inputs and performance. • Learn Camunda's product and value propositions and the process orchestration space well enough to have credible, useful conversations with prospects in specific verticals. What you bring: • Some experience with outbound prospecting or customer-facing communication is preferred. This doesn't have to be in sales. Internships, retail, hospitality, or customer support all count if you know how to build rapport with people, m
