Your primary responsibility will be to mature the physical installation of the aircraft’s LV electrical and avionics systems, including LV EWIS routing and installation for all vehicle systems, guiding the design from concept through detailed design and release. You will translate system, interface and certification requirements into practical design solutions and take ownership of the associated 3D models, installation assemblies, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing drawings. You will work closely with the Propulsion, Systems, and Structures teams, as well as external development partners, to resolve integration challenges and deliver practical design solutions throughout the aircraft development cycle. The role will have a strong focus on hands-on CAD design, complemented by engineering analysis and certification activities. You will have the opportunity to define and mature the installation of LV electric systems currently being developed. Every day will bring new challenges, and you will be given a healthy amount of responsibility and autonomy, always supported by the team.   Your Day-to-Day: • Mature the LV electrical and avionics systems installation from concept through detailed design and release, integrating it into the aircraft digital mock-up (DMU). • Design and detail mechanical components for equipment and LV EWIS installation, such as, brackets, supports, interfaces and assemblies in accordance with applicable aerospace design standards and manufacturing methods. • Create and maintain complex 3D parts, assemblies, electrical diagrams and installation models using CATIA V6 within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. • Prepare and release electrical schematics, electrical diagrams, detailed single part and assembly drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. • Oversee the documentation process to ensure all drawings are up-to-date and correctly integrated within the PLM system. • Develop installation solutions that account for structural integrity, environmental conditions, separation, accessibility, installation sequence, removal envelopes, inspection and maintainability. • Perform technical assessments and trade studies to support design decisions and system maturation. • Collaborate directly with external development partners and suppliers, providing technical direction, reviewing deliverables and ensuring consistency with aircraft-level requirements. • Support the resolution of installation, manufacturing and assembly issues arising during prototype assembly and aircraft integration • Ensure adherence to all engineering processes and standards and participate in design reviews to meet development and certification goals.   Your Profile: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a design role on an EASA/FAA Part 23/25 aircraft development program. • Experience working within an EASA Part 21J Design Organisation or international equivalent. • Practical experience with the design and integration of aircraft electrical systems. Experience with electric aviation is an asset. • Strong proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA V5/V6, including experience in part design, generative shape design, sheet metal design, assembly design, diagramming and drafting. • Sound knowledge of aircraft electrical installations, aerospace materials, standard hardware and manufacturing methods, assembly and inspection requirements. • Understanding of desi
