JUNIOR BI DATA ANALYST (36211)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MS-Fabric Operations Administrator to join our international widespread team, supporting our global Data & Analytics platform. This role is focused on the day-to-day operational management and maintenance of MS-Fabric environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to established protocols.   Responsibilities: • Execute daily operational tasks: Perform routine health checks, system monitoring, and verify the status of MS-Fabric Cloud environment. • User and Permission Management: Process requests for user creation, modification, deletion, group assignments, and project-level permissions within established guidelines for MS-Fabric. • Content Management Support: Assist with the promotion, deletion, and organization of workbooks and data sources as per client requests and procedures. • Data Refresh Management: Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data refreshes, identifying and resolving failures in a timely manner. • Incident Response: Respond to and resolve operational incidents related to MS-Fabric, including server outages, service interruptions, and dashboard loading issues, following defined runbooks and escalation procedures. • Performance Monitoring: Track, report and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and resource utilization for MS-Fabric environments using existing monitoring tools. • System Maintenance: Assist with scheduled maintenance activities such as restarts, cleanup tasks, and log management for MS-Fabric Gateway Servers. • Documentation Adherence: Follow and update existing operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Request Fulfillment: Process and fulfill operational requests from users and other IT teams related to the MS-Fabric. • Collaboration: Work closely with senior administrators and client IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (ongoing or complete). • Practical experience in an IT operations or administrative role. • Hands-on experience with administering MS-Fabric and/or PowerBI in an operational capacity. • Proficiency in executing routine administrative tasks within MS-Fabric. • Familiar with ServiceNow tool for incident handling. • Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server or Linux) for basic operational checks. • Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, CheckMK, Splunk) for system health and performance. • Strong adherence to operational procedures and attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolution of operational issues. • Ability to work in a structured environment and follow established processes.
