What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: • Conduct economic research, analyzing rates of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment of various entities. • Analyze profit and loss statements, presenting findings and recommendations to Pfizer management. • Develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems, considering data processing requirements. • Provide business development analysis, monitor business performance, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Execute budgeting and forecasting activities, prepare journal entries, management reports, and operations support presentations. • Understand and apply best practices for data extraction and manipulation, supporting system access review processes. • Participate in teams for the integration or separation of domestic acquisitions and divestitures, and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and financial reporting policies, and manage timelines for project scoping and delivery. • Review financial reports for accuracy, contribute to project milestones, and support work transitions within Pfizer's finance organizations. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements): • BA/BS degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting aspects • Proven analytical skills to understand and interpret data effectively • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): • Experience in a Finance Center of Excellence • Experience in Auditing or compliance area • Demonstrated ability to improve quality and processes in previous roles • Excellent organizational skills • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
