Job Purpose and Summary:   This position supports the warehouse operations up to and including the packing, and shipping of patient medications and supplies, performing the necessary data entry in the pharmacy’s operating system, working collaboratively with the pharmacy staff, performing inventory management and product receiving tasks, handling and tracking equipment, and the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse workspace.     Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:     Responsibilities % Time • Responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing orders, packing and shipping patient medications and supplies in accordance with Coram CVS Specialty Policies and Procedures . ·         Stock all necessary packing and shipping materials to ensure to ensure orders can be accurately packed and shipped ·         Prepare orders for shipping by selecting the most cost-effective methods for delivery while meeting the needs of the patient and temperature/packing requirements for medication quality and sustainability in accordance with Coram/CVS policies, procedures and standards.  ·         Support and organize patient education materials for shipments. • Responsible for assisting in maintaining a safe, well organized, and clean work environment • undefined   80% •   Coordinate and perform data entry of patient shipment activities in the company’s operating systems for patient care, inventory management, or equipment management. • Coordinate shipment time and schedules with pharmacy, nursing and other internal departments • undefined     15% • Performs other activities that support the department goals including but not limited to: •   • Prepare shipping boxes according to outlined operating procedures • Responsible for contributing to and maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Accurately put away medication or supply orders in assigned placement area to ensure accuracy in tracking inventory • Ensure accurate documentation performing data entry for the purpose of inventory management and equipment accountability. • Assists in the orientation and training of new colleagues • Assist with cycle counts and other inventory counts   5%     Education:   Indicate the amount of education TYPICALLY required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role   ·         Minimum of high school education or equivalent required. ·          Pharmacy Tech or Tech Trainee Certification, registration or licensure must be obtained in accordance with state or federal requirements     Required Experience :     ·         Six months work experience in a pharmacy, distribution or warehouse work environment with the ability to obtain a tech trainee certification as required by state regulation •         Six months working knowledge with computers, including knowledge of basic Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).     Preferred Experience :     ·         Current Pharmacy technician certification, registration or licensure in accordance with the state or federal requirements ·         Certification for forklift operation if applicable for equipment. ·         Other certifications if required by State Board of Pharmacy or other regulatory agencies.       Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ·         Report to scheduled shift on time ·         Ability to verbally and in writing,
