About the role

CSQ427R519 Databricks is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to strengthen the capabilities of our Korea go-to-market organization. This is an internal enablement role spanning Field Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Managers and Sales. Based in Korea, you will partner with the local team to identify capability gaps, improve how teams engage customers, and help accelerate adoption, Databricks consumption and revenue outcomes. You will bring a strong technical pre-sales perspective — ideally from a very strong Solutions Architect, pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role—and apply it to practical, high-impact enablement. You will connect the needs of Korea’s sellers and Field Engineering team with global enablement programs and product teams, adapting and delivering relevant content locally. The ideal candidate understands the end-to-end customer consumption and revenue motion, can translate business priorities into skill-building programs, and is comfortable both setting direction and delivering sessions hands-on. The impact you will have: • Partner with Korea Sales and Field Engineering leaders to identify business priorities and skill gaps, then prioritize enablement that supports customer outcomes across the revenue lifecycle. • Design, adapt, and localize global programs for Korea; create and deliver practical workshops and learning experiences for sales and technical audiences. • Help sellers and Field Engineering connect Databricks’ platform and Data and AI capabilities to customer needs, from discovery and solution positioning through adoption and expansion. • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Enablement partners to keep programs aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and evolving product capabilities. • Measure program effectiveness using feedback and relevant data; continuously improve enablement and demonstrate impact on adoption, productivity, and revenue outcomes. • As an addition - You will be the main interface for the APJ revenue enablement function to interlock with the global Field Engineering Enablement team. This means you should have a strong technical background and inclination. What we look for: • 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, enablement, or a related customer-facing role in technology or SaaS, with an understanding of the end-to-end customer and revenue motion. • Ability to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical enablement programs; experience designing, localizing, delivering, or scaling programs for sales and technical audiences. • Strong facilitation, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences. • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional partners, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively amid change. • An outcome-oriented, data-informed approach to measuring and improving programs, plus genuine curiosity about Data and AI and the ability to communicate technical concepts in business-relevant ways. • Native proficiency in Korean and professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
