No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Us AI coding is the largest use case of enterprise AI adoption today, as is evident from the success of Anthropic on Claude Code, Cursor’s $60B exit to SpaceX, and Cognition’s $48B valuation. The bottleneck now has moved from code generation to security and safety - AI agents write code faster than any team can review it, and over 65% of the lines of code produced by them are insecure. Vulnerabilities are piling up 16x faster than companies can fix them, and adversaries are able to exploit these new vulnerabilities within hours. AURI by Endor Labs closes that gap. It runs inside the harness where coding agents work, through hooks, skills and MCP, so the controls sit outside the model and every agent action is visible. Underneath is our patented code context graph, which maps code, open source, containers and infrastructure. It shows which vulnerabilities can actually be reached and exploited, then delivers fixes that won’t break the application. Security teams get evidence instead of noise, and developers get fixes instead of tickets. The companies building AI trust us to secure it - our customers include OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood and Peloton to name a few. Endor Labs is the third company from Founder & CEO Varun Badhwar, who built Prisma Cloud, the platform that helped define cloud security, from $0 to $300M ARR at Palo Alto Networks. We’ve raised $163M from Lightspeed, Coatue, DFJ Growth, Salesforce Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital. Software runs everything around our lives today - banking, hospitals, airports and power grids. AI now writes more of it every day, and our mission is to make sure the world can trust that software. Come build that future with us. About the Role AI agents now write a growing share of enterprise code, and the way people interact with security is changing with it. Developers increasingly work through agents rather than dashboards, and security teams need to govern what those agents do with evidence they can defend. Nobody has defined what great looks like here yet. Our users range from developers who want answers inside the tools they already use, to security leaders who manage risk across thousands of applications. Designing for both, in dense, technical and high-stakes workflows, is the job. As a Staff UX Designer, you’ll set the design direction for our platform, define how people and AI work together in it, and raise the bar for design quality across the company. How You'll Make an Impact • Set the design vision and strategy for your products, and align product, engineering and leadership around it. • Define new interaction models for AI- and agent-driven experiences, beyond traditional GUIs. • Lead design for the most ambiguous, cross-cutting problems, spanning web apps, developer tools and conversational interfaces. • Establish principles for trustworthy AI experiences: explainability, confidence, evidence and human control over automation. • Shape experiences for governing complex systems at scale: policy, auditability and reporting across large organizations. • Drive a research program with customers, and use it to influence the roadmap, not just the UI. • Own the evolution of our design system and design practices, and mentor designers across the team. • Partner with product marketing and sales on demos, launches and customer evaluations where the experience is the differentiator. What We're Looking For • 8+ years of product or UX design experience, including senior or staff-level ownership of complex products. • A portfolio that shows design strategy and shipped outcomes, not just polished screens. • Proven experience designing AI, LLM or agentic products, including novel interaction patterns. • A track reco
