TITLE: Systems Engineering Associate The Experience DET IT is looking for new graduates to join our growing Information Technology team. This is a hybrid role where one would spend time configuring, developing and testing Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) applications. What You'll Actually Be Doing • Design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) solutions • Master our development process, culture, and codebase within the IT ES ecosystem, then actively contribute to improving tooling, standards, and engineering practices • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, UX designers, and analytics experts to build intuitive employee-facing features that drive adoption, trust, and impact — while keeping our core platforms stable, secure, and scalable • Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to drive code coverage and automation metrics across ES & Finance technology integrations and workflows • Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites for ES & Finance platform services You're Our Person If... • Degree in MIS, Electrical, Electronics, CS or equivalent fields Even Better If... • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex ES & Finance data models and people systems • Team-player who collaborates effectively with both technical engineers and non-technical ES & Finance stakeholders • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive Employee Success and/or Finance technologies forward • Experience using telemetry, observability tooling, and metrics to drive operational excellence across enterprise ES & Finance platforms Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
