What will you do:  • Build a candidate-centric experience , making every interaction meaningful, respectful, and positive — from first contact to onboarding • Connect with international candidates through conversations and interviews, creating real relationships (not just “screenings”) • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, understanding their needs and turning them into your biggest fans through great collaboration and support • Help find smart, creative solutions to Talent Acquisition challenges — because no two roles (or candidates) are the same • Support and coordinate interviews, role plays, and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for everyone involved • Actively contribute to promoting our unique culture, mission, and Bosch values , helping candidates understand what makes us different • Support initiatives that foster diversity, inclusion, and gender equality , ensuring fairness and equal opportunity throughout the hiring process • Ensure data protection and legal compliance are respected in all recruitment activities • Manage job postings and explore ways to improve their visibility and effectiveness • Contribute to onboarding and employee experience activities, helping new joiners feel welcomed from day one We know this role comes with responsibility — and we make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
