And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We’re an entrepreneurial incubation team within Salesforce, combining the pace and ownership of a startup with access to enterprise customers and Salesforce’s distribution. We’re looking for a technical product leader with deep AI expertise who wants to turn frontier capabilities into products customers can rely on. Our team works closely with AI researchers, applied scientists, and engineers, uses coding agents extensively, and builds and experiments outside the core platform to iterate quickly. You’ll shape product strategy for AI quality and evaluation, establish how we measure progress, and personally lead a customer quality workstream and a focused feature from early learning through delivery. This is a hands-on individual contributor leadership role, with an IC focus expected through 2027.
