About the Role A Director of AI Enablement Product Management is a strategic hands-on product leader who will fundamentally rethink how the eData product organization - and ultimately Capital One - works with AI. You will act as the tip of the spear in driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI workflows, transforming our operations at every level: the tools we build, the processes we follow, and the mechanisms we use to measure success.   The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is thoroughly AI-native and has already experimented with being AI-Native at scale. You don't just strategize about AI; you are at the absolute forefront of using these tools yourself to multiply your own output, transform your daily workflows, and ship products faster. You know what "good" looks like for an AI-augmented product lifecycle because you live it. You have a builder’s mindset and the strategic vision to scale that personal productivity superpower across a massive enterprise organization—transforming the tools we build, the processes we follow, and the mechanisms we use to measure success. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience  Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated track record of actively utilizing AI productivity, prototyping, and coding tools (e.g., advanced LLM prompting, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0) to accelerate your own product workflows, technical discovery, and delivery • Experience translating complex business strategy and operational bottlenecks into scalable internal AI products, developer platforms, or automated enterprise workflows (rather t
