Funny name, serious business
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly $12.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
Step into a pivotal, high-impact leadership role on a 12-month contract where you hold the compass for our global growth. As GM of Commercial Strategy & Insight, you won't just analyse the market—you’ll actively shape where we win, how we price, and how we turn deep consumer understanding into commercial momentum that moves the needle on revenue and gross margin globally.
This is the ultimate strategic engine room position. You will empower a brilliant team across Commercial Strategy and Consumer Insight to answer our biggest questions early, steer multi-million dollar portfolio decisions, and protect space for visionary, exploratory research. Whether defining global pricing guardrails, optimising Pack Price Architecture, or navigating complex trade-offs, your work will directly fuel our long-term 5-year strategy and amplify our social impact worldwide.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in
• Aligning global category direction: Unifying regional and global teams around a single, cohesive strategic view across our core product categories in alignment with our 5-year growth roadmap.
• Driving global pricing and portfolio strategy: Refining global pricing and promotional guardrails, Pack Price Architecture, and commercial thresholds to balance local market needs with overall global portfolio coherence.
• Weaving insight into action: Connecting commercial questions directly with exploratory research through the Director of Consumer Insight, ensuring forward-looking consumer context shapes our biggest commercial choices early on.
• Facilitating executive-level trade-offs: Co-facilitating "Cal Pals" (our global cross-functional prioritization forum) to guide clear trade-off decisions in resourcing across Retail, DTC, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.
• Coaching and developing top talent: Mentoring a global team, elevating team capabilities around complex pricing/promotional analysis and commercial rigor while maintaining clear prioritization boundaries.
Let’s talk about you
• You are a visionary commercial strategist and systems thinker: You excel at stepping back to map the whole ecosystem—connecting category, consumer, portfolio, pricing, and channel dynamics into one clear, compelling picture. You instinctively understand how a single pricing shift or portfolio move in one market ripples across the global business, and you bring the critical thinking needed to translate complex data into decisive, margin-accretive action.
• You are the ultimate cross-functional glue: You thrive at the intersection where strategy meets execution. As a natural connector, you comfortably bridge gaps between functions—bringing Retail, DTC, Supply Chain, and Brand together around shared commercial goals. You know how to align competing priorities, ask the right questions to unlock operational blockers,
