About the team Stripe’s Stablecoin Issuing Product Sales team is at the forefront of unlocking tangible value from crypto. This team helps fintechs, platforms, marketplaces, and crypto-native companies launch global card programs funded by stablecoin balances – giving their users a seamless way to spend those balances in everyday commerce, whether they live on-chain or simply expect money to work globally. What you’ll do As an Account Executive focused on Stablecoin Issuing, you’ll grow adoption and revenue for Stripe’s Stablecoin Issuing product and the financial infrastructure that powers it. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge, lead complex deals, and help build and execute our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-autonomy sales role on a close-knit team. You can move comfortably between business, product, and technical conversations, build value in competitive situations, and bring structure to an evolving market. You’re equally effective with customers and internal partners, excited to develop deep expertise, and generous about sharing what you learn. Responsibilities • Own a revenue target and the end-to-end commercial motion for Stablecoin Issuing, from pipeline development and qualification through negotiation, close, and launch. • Qualify customer business models, stablecoin fund flows, target geographies, cardholder use cases, and regulatory readiness. • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive and partner landscape, and use it to sharpen Stripe’s positioning. • Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin infrastructure, card issuing, cross-border money movement, and program economics. • Navigate stakeholders across internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, as well as financial partners and card networks, from early qualification through launch. • Use early customer engagements to develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, commercial models, and GTM playbooks. • Bring structured market feedback to Product and Engineering as the product and market rapidly evolve. • Bring curiosity, good judgment, and a sense of humor – we’re building the playbook as we go. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
