US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Responsibilities - Market Strategy: Assess and prioritize partnership opportunities that accelerate adoption of cash flow underwriting. - Deal Execution: Lead the full partner lifecycle from strategy and prospecting through discovery, negotiation, and execution. - Partner Growth: Grow partnerships from integration through launch and scaled adoption, working closely with product, implementation, and other internal teams. Qualifications - 8+ years of professional experience, including meaningful experience in capital markets, strategic partnerships, business development, or investing. - Strong understanding of credit and lending, including how lenders access and manage capital. - Experience developing and negotiating complex, strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders. - Strong cross-functional communicator who can work effectively with product, technical, legal, and commercial teams. - Strategic mindset and excitement about building a new partner ecosystem. - Demonstrated ability to succeed in dynamic, high-growth environments where roles and processes are still being defined. Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone. To support that mission, we seek to build a diverse team of driven individuals who care deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable. We recognize that strong qualifications can come from both prior work experiences and lived experiences. We encourage you to apply to a role even if your experience doesn't fully match the job description. We are always looking for team members that will bring something unique to Plaid!
