This is a Hybrid role based out of our Escazú office 3 days per week, reporting to the SVP, Global Customer Support . Our general and administrative teams help support and scale our company, providing a strong foundation for growth across our workforce, culture, financial operations, and global infrastructure . What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Oversee executive calendars, prioritize tasks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure smooth coordination of meetings and engagements • Plan internal and external meetings, All Hands, and events, managing logistics like conference rooms, catering, and preparation of materials • Submit monthly expense reports, process reimbursements, and coordinate domestic and international travel with fully detailed itineraries • Handle sensitive matters discreetly while upholding confidentiality in all administrative tasks • Maintain and update org charts, directories, and team initiatives like competitions and recognition programs for alignment and effective implementation Who You Are (Success Profile) • You thrive in ambiguity. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • 2+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support • Proven ability to schedule and coordinate complex internal and external meetings, events, and logistical arrangements • Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and expense reporting platforms like Coupa • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities,
