About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join our team at our Brisbane or Gold Coast office. Reporting directly to the Principal, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of over 430 professionals across the country. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and delivery of land development projects. Specifically: •  Review sketches, drawings and engineering data received from external consultants, clients and internal stakeholders •  Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes • Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning and design documents for urban development projects •  Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations What This Role Offers. • A collaborative and supportive work environment. • The opportunity to work on high-profile projects with tier 1 developers. • Attractive salary package and benefits. • Personal and professional development. • With multiple offices across the state, we offer the flexibility to choose a location. •  High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards •  Proven project design delivery experience •  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders •  High level industry awareness and engagement • Relevant tertiary qualifications. use of 12d, ACAD, 12d drainage, PC Drain • Experience in preparation of concept and detailed designs for land development projects  At Colliers, we are enterprising.
