As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our core banking product and the broader platform that powers it. You'll help define the systems, capabilities, and product foundations that enable new banking experiences, while partnering cross-functionally to bring products from concept through launch and scale. As Staff Product Manager, Money, you will guide the development of our consumer-facing banking experience from the early stages to massive scale. You will define the roadmap for our product-led growth initiatives, focusing on increasing core metrics like funded account creation and direct deposit enrollment. In this position, you will lead the execution of key consumer features that help reduce user churn and improve funding rates. You will partner closely with engineering leads, finance partners, and compliance experts to launch secure, highly compliant features. This is a rare opportunity to own a critical part of the Robinhood banking roadmap and build zero-to-one consumer products!
