The Senior Software Engineer Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in TDI and help scale our internal business solutions with a sharp focus on security, reliability, scalability, and intelligent automation. You will be responsible for designing and developing customizations, configurations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions required to meet the company’s strategic business objectives. This role demands strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers, driving projects from ideation to production. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing, TDI, this role provides end-to-end technical services including design, configuration, development, testing, and automation while delivering high-quality, secure, and future-ready solutions. What You’ll Be Doing • Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns. • Develop and deploy serverless solutions using Amazon Web Services Lambda and cloud-native services to extend Salesforce capabilities. • Build intelligent automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock. • Design conversational workflows, internal copilots, or AI agents that improve employee productivity and customer support operations. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals. • Provide level-of-effort estimates and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions. • Develop Salesforce features across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Experience Cloud). • Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment with proper documentation. • Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and automation test cases to
