En qué consiste tu contribución ▶ Optimización y estabilización de los procesos de producción de componentes plásticos ▶ Análisis y resolución de problemas de proceso y defectos, identificando causas raíz e implementando soluciones robustas ▶ Mejora de la productividad, calidad y eficiencia del proceso, con foco en reducción de scrap, tiempos de ciclo y pérdidas ▶ Industrialización de nuevos productos, moldes, máquinas y procesos, asegurando su robustez para producción en serie ▶ Definición y seguimiento de parámetros, estándares y documentación de proceso (PFMEA/AMFE, Plan de Control, SPC) ▶ Coordinación técnica con Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento e Ingeniería para la implementación de mejoras de proceso ▶ Impulso de iniciativas de automatización, digitalización y mejora continua en los procesos How you will contribute Optimisation and stabilisation of plastic component manufacturing processes ▶ Analysis and resolution of process issues and defects, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions ▶ Improvement of productivity, quality and process efficiency, with a focus on scrap reduction, cycle time optimisation and loss reduction ▶ Industrialisation of new products, moulds, machines and processes, ensuring process robustness for series production ▶ Definition and monitoring of process parameters, standards and documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC) ▶ Technical coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering to implement process improvements ▶ Driving automation, digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes Qué te diferencia ▶ Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Química, o similar ▶ Al menos 3 años de experiencia en fabricación, ingeniería de procesos o entornos industriales ▶ Experiencia en procesos de inyección y moldeo de plásticos ▶ Experiencia en industrialización, optimización y estabilización de procesos productivos ▶ Conocimientos de herramientas de calidad y resolución de problemas: AMFE/PFMEA, Plan de Control, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa ▶ Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua, orientados a reducción de scrap, tiempos de ciclo y mejora del OEE ▶ Capacidad para el análisis de datos de producción y manejo avanzado de Excel ▶ Alto nivel de inglés para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional ▶ Se valorarán conocimientos de automatización, visión artificial y digitalización de procesos What makes you different ▶University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent ▶ At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial environments ▶ Experience with plastic injection moulding processes ▶ Experience in industrialisation, optimisation, and stabilisation of manufacturing processes ▶ Knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools: PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa ▶ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, with a focus on scrap reduction, cycle time optimisation, and OEE improvement ▶ Strong production data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of Excel ▶ High level of English to work effectively in an international environment ▶ Knowledge of automation, vision systems, and process digitalisation would be an advantage
