About the role
As Regional Manager of Performance Management, you will lead the strategic implementation and optimization of performance management systems across the region. You will drive data-driven decision-making, ensure operational excellence, and coordinate cross-country initiatives to support organizational growth and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead the regional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system rollout, establishing data quality standards, ensuring consistent usage protocols, and overseeing ongoing system administration and optimization. • Drive sales analytics initiatives and performance evaluations to identify market opportunities and support evidence-based strategic planning across the region. • Oversee regional performance review cycles and develop comprehensive dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders. • Identify and implement process improvements across sales and operational functions to enhance efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive organizational effectiveness. • Establish and manage issue resolution protocols, ensuring systematic tracking, prioritization, and timely resolution of performance-related challenges. • Monitor launch performance metrics, consolidate regional insights, and recommend and execute corrective actions to optimize outcomes. • Develop standardized templates and digitalize processes to enable scalable, consistent, and uniform deployment across all regional markets. • Coordinate regional launch management activities, including strategic planning, execution oversight, and cross-country stakeholder alignment. • Provide strategic guidance to country-level teams on KPI frameworks, dashboard interpretation, and the application of data-driven methodologies in decision-making. • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in organizational performance optimization. • Executive-level experience leading performance management and CRM transformation initiatives, with proven track record of driving organizational adoption and measurable business impact. • Strategic mastery in designing and interpreting advanced analytics frameworks, KPI architectures, and executive dashboards that translate complex data into competitive business advantage. • Demonstrated expertise in launch strategy, category management, and channel-aligned business models with cross-regional execution capability. • Visionary approach to process optimization and digital transformation, with proven ability to architect and scale enterprise-wide solutions across geographically dispersed markets. • Executive-caliber stakeholder leadership and cross-functional influence across multi-country organizations, with exceptional ability to align diverse teams around strategic objectives.
