About the role
• Perform product testing and inspection according to product audit plans. • Conduct special testing and validation activities for new product releases. • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and measuring instruments. • Perform daily machine setup, parameter verification, and equipment checks. • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety standards, and 5S activities. • Coordinate equipment calibration activities with the IMT team according to the calibration schedule. • Conduct laboratory testing including viscosity, density, FT-IR, and cleanliness testing for gasoline-related products. • Support internal and external audits related to quality and environmental management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001). • Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Education Background: • Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Qualifications: • Understanding of basic testing equipment & instruction. • Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements. • Understanding basic drawing & test specification.
