About the role: The Samsara Security team is looking for an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help drive key strategic initiatives across Samsara’s Security organization. As part of Samsara’s rapidly expanding Enterprise Security organization, you will support key strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will partner closely with a diverse set of teams—including Product Security, Platform Security and Compliance, Detection and Response, Biztech, and Engineering—to execute on critical security goals. On a given day, you'll help build and refine processes that scale efficiently as the team grows, often leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, while partnering with stakeholders to scope requirements, identify risks, and communicate progress clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. In this role, you will: • Provide technical project and program management for highly impactful, cross-functional Security projects. You will be embedded with our Enterprise Security team to support multiple projects and report progress on planned execution. • Provide operational support to engineering leads to ensure smooth, on time delivery of projects and key initiatives. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure cross functional projects are scoped and delivered on time. • Communicate current status of enterprise security and compliance initiatives; • Support teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs. • Assist with security audit efforts to reduce risk and satisfy compliance frameworks. • Assist with improvement of measurable KPIs
