The Brand Marketing Manager will play an integral role in shaping the future of sweetgreen by serving as a key stakeholder in brand strategy and execution. This position will leverage their proven track record to lead and support breakthrough brand communications campaigns, including go-to-market product launch strategies, guest engagement promotions, and brand experiences and innovations. The role will also play a key part in menu innovation and channel strategy to build the sweetgreen brand. The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Brand Marketing team. You’ll be joining a team that manages multiple high-stakes campaigns with a guest-obsessed, culturally driven mindset. Join us for the opportunity to make your mark on the future of food. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will: • Lead new product launches and go-to-market campaigns by contributing consumer-insight driven, breakthrough strategies and briefs, ensuring flawless consumer experience across all media touchpoints and in-restaurant. • Manage internal and external partners, including experiential, PR, social, digital, media, and tech teams to execute the successful launch of brand campaigns. • Oversee brand strategy and off-premise packaging and product innovation, driving impact and measuring success against established KPIs. • Foster a high-functioning working relationship with Consumer Insights and our internal Creative team to bring breakthrough and insight-based creative communications strategies and campaigns to life. • Drive decision-making through a spirit of business ownership -- contributing a clear financial understanding of the business. • Assess the continuous evolution of the competitive landscape, consumer insights, new societal trends, and culture.
