Your Mission You’ll turn customer and brand research into clear, decision-ready insights — leading select studies end-to-end, keeping our brand health reporting sharp, and partnering closely with the Head of Global Customer & Market Insights to advance the wider learning agenda. What you’ll do • Lead research projects end-to-end: drivers/barriers, Category Entry Points, message/concept testing, segmentation, and ad/campaign measurement — choosing the right method and balancing rigor vs. speed for each brief. • Keep brand health measurement running smoothly: maintain the tracking dashboards and reporting cadence. • Contribute to the learning agenda: help map knowledge gaps in your focus areas, propose and prioritize research questions. • Support Creative, Supply Marketing and PR: design and run dedicated pre/post studies, help with partner selection, and prepare campaign readouts that sharpen strategy and creative. • Make insights accessible and actionable: produce crisp one-pagers and exec summaries for your studies, contribute to “insights roadshows,” and help maintain a searchable insights library. • Help modernize the toolkit: pilot AI-assisted analysis and synthesis tools, test new methods, and share what works with the wider team. • Build strong working relationships across Brand, PR/Comms, Data/Analytics, CRM, and UXR representing insights confidently in your own projects and forums. • Partner with and support the Head of Global Customer & Market Insights on key strategic initiatives: prepare materials for exec and leadership audiences, help drive cross-functional alignment, and step in to represent the function when needed. • Coordinate with our research freelancer and help brief and manage agencies on assigned projects (scoping, timelines, SOWs). • Champion ethics and quality: uphold research best practices, privacy, and inclusive, unbiased language in surveys and stimuli. Your Toolkit • 5+ years in insights, research, strategy, or brand analytics (agency or client-side); travel, marketplace, or consumer tech experience is a plus, not a must • A track record of running well-designed studies independently and translating mixed signals (reports, trackers, qual/quant) into simple, decision-ready recommendations. • Solid research craft: writing tight briefs, sound method design and sampling, avoiding bias, and storytelling with evidence. • Strong communication skills: you translate data into “so what / now what” and adjust depth for execs vs. working teams. • Initiative and ownership: you drive your projects independently, while knowing when to loop in the Head or escalate a decision. • A collaborative mindset: you build trust and alignment with stakeholders across functions, even under competing priorities. • Curiosity: you test new tools and methods and keep an eye on industry thinking (behavioral science, jobs-to-be-done, consumer psychology). • Hands-on with survey platforms and trackers; comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Looker/GA), spreadsheets, and light stats. Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis and synthesis. • Experience running (or closely supporting) segmentation, brand/creative testing, and campaign effectiveness studies. • Some experience briefing or coordinat
