US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we are defining the next era of accelerated computing and AI with CUDA, the platform layer that lets developers turn NVIDIA GPUs into programmable engines for AI, science, data processing, simulation, robotics, and new categories of software. We are looking for a technical, AI-first CUDA Product Marketing Manager. CUDA has been a C++ platform for most of its twenty years. Python became a first-class language in May 2026. CUDA Rust is what we’re building next. This role owns how that story gets told. You will own the story for the CUDA language ecosystem across C++, Python, and Rust, market it through NVIDIA channels and events, and connect it to the AI frameworks developers build on, including PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, and SGLang. This is a hands-on PMM role for someone who uses AI coding agents and automation as part of daily execution, not as an occasional productivity aid. What you'll be doing: • Own positioning and messaging for CUDA Python and CUDA Rust, translating compiler and programming-model capabilities into crisp developer narratives, release messages, proof points, and field-ready assets. Support CUDA C++ messaging as needed. You will make the capabilities of each clear, credible, and useful to developers and technical decision makers. • Use AI coding agents daily to build PMM operating systems: competitive-intelligence agents, automated research pipelines, content auditing, reporting, and partner mapping. • Turn documentation, performance benchmarks, GitHub issues, customer signals, and roadmap updates, into messaging assets. • Lead go-to-market execution for CUDA launches and language releases. • Run multi-year language adoption campaigns. You will plan and sustain those campaigns across releases, conferences, and community moments rather than executing one-off launches. • Build presence in language communities. Plan and execute conference activations, meetups, livestreams, and developer content across the Python and Rust ecosystems, where credibility is earned through sincere participation rather than sponsorship. • Connect the language story to the frameworks developers actually use. Explain how work at the CUDA language layer shows up in PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, and SGLang What we need to see: • B.S degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing experience for developer software. Note that this role leans substantially more technical than a typical PMM position and will include technical interviews. • Working fluency in Python and/or Rust. You do not need to ship production software, but you do need to read real code, follow a technical discussion without a translator, and write copy that survives engineering review. • Deep technical literacy in accelerated computing, AI/ML software, or adjacent technical ecosystems, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and performance claims credibly. • Practical fluency with developer tools such as GitHub, command-line workflows, APIs, documentation, notebooks, data analysis tools, or lightweight application prototyping. • Daily or near-daily use of AI coding and productivity agents such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools to research, analyze, write, prototype, automate, and ship work with clear source grounding and human review. • Concrete examples of AI-assisted workflows you personally built or operate, such as content review systems, dashboards, or launch trackers Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Existing standing in the Python or Rust communities, whether through contributions, talks, meetup organizing, or sustained participation. • Experience sustaining a d
