This executive will own the growth strategy and commercial execution for the Process Transformation business, driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion, and scalable go-to-market motions globally. The CRO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business, bringing together AI, data, and automation to redefine how customers optimize and transform their business processes. The CRO will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, helping define the business’s long-term growth strategy and strengthen Salesforce’s position for sustained market leadership. Success will require an unwavering customer focus, deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution across a complex, rapidly evolving organization. Responsibilities: • Own the revenue strategy for Process Transformation, driving durable, predictable growth across customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and disciplined execution. • Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, leveraging targeted industry plays, optimized account coverage, strategic partnerships, and differentiated market motions to accelerate growth and customer adoption. • Lead the evolution of the sales motion in the era of the agentic enterprise, helping customers harness AI, data, and automation to transform business processes, customer engagement, and growth. • Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and other senior business leaders, positioning Salesforce’s Business Process Optimization portfolio as a strategic platform for enterprise transformation and measurable business outcomes. • Drive cross-functional alignment across Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Alliances & Channels, Industry GTM, and Enablement to deliver a unified, outcome-oriented customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities. • Own business performance and operating rigor, including forecasting, pipeline health, inspection, and performance management, providing clear, actionable insights to executive leadership. • Build and lead a high-performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and excellence while developing an
