About the role
Job Details: Job Description: Position Summary The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in expanding the effectiveness and capacity of the Executive Team (ET) administrative community. This position will report to and provide high‑level administrative support to the EVP, Chief Legal & People Officer, and partners closely with the broader ET admin team. The environment is fast‑paced and highly dynamic, with high standards and high‑impact deliverables. Success in this role requires a team‑first mindset, sound judgment, discretion, and a strong commitment to living Intel’s values every day. Responsibilities • Provide advanced administrative support to senior and executive‑level leaders, regularly handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Manage complex calendars and provide real‑time scheduling support, including booking meetings, resolving conflicts, and reprioritizing as business needs evolve. • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda support, stakeholder coordination, and accurate documentation of meeting minutes. • Serve as a central coordination point for phone calls and communications, ensuring timely connection with the appropriate stakeholders. • Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including complex itineraries, visas, welcome letters, and related documentation. • Support events and face‑to‑face meetings (FTFs), including logistics coordination and preparation. • Process expense reporting and support purchasing and financial transactions as required. • Collect, analyze, and prepare data and materials to support executive decision‑making and document review. • Act as a trusted communication channel and information resource for executive team members, including guidance on policies and procedures. • Collaborate closely with the ET administrative community, providing support to the Chief Legal & People Officer and broader leadership team as needed. • Demonstrate sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and executive presence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of 10+ years of related administrative experience, including experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams. • Experience working with purchasing platforms, and financial systems. • Proven experience managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements. • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple critical activities simultaneously. • Positive energy, enthusiasm, sound judgment, and strong critical‑thinking skills. • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with executives and employees at all levels within a global organization. • Self‑motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Collaborative and professional, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. • Community‑building mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork. • Flexibility and the ability to balance competing priorities and make decisions with minimal direction. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong follow‑through. • Advanced scheduling capabilities and expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
