Automation Intern This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Job Description: Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (12 months). Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers you a highly dynamic, fast-paced, professional working environment and the chance to develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business environment. During your internship you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals. Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. Start Date : Feb 2027 Location: Bratislava - Hybrid working model Work type : Part-time What you’ll do : • You will be responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfilment, for a regional or global business unit. • Produce reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulate findings to management. • Analyze backlog management. • Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes. • Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. • Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams. What you’ll need: • Being full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program in Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field • Excellent communication skills English and Slovak • Strong analytical skills • Strong MS Excel skills • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills. • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team What we’d prefer you bring: • The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results • A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency • The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own • Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions What you can expect from us: • Initial onboarding to support you with adjusting into the role • Ongoing learning and development throughout the duration of the program • Be mentored by at least one senior member of the team and after 12 months in the program you can grow into a true professional with valuable relationships and international working experience •
