Job Description: HPE is seeking a Strategic Programs, Networking Operations Strategist to serve as a critical liaison between the Networking business unit and Supply Chain organization. This strategic individual contributor will be responsible for aligning business priorities with supply chain capabilities across key Networking pillars, driving cross-functional execution, resolving complex quality and operational challenges, and enabling informed decisions that support business growth and customer success. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic leader who excels in ambiguity, influences without formal authority, and builds alignment across executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into actionable business strategies within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving technology environment . Key Responsibilities • Act as a primary interface for NSC with the NBU Pillar team • Participate as NSC representative in BU Pillar staff meetings and other forums. • Understand NBU Pillar’s key strategy/challenges and bring visibility to NSC teams for alignment. • Provide inputs to BU Pillar discussion and ensure NSC concerns are properly addressed, and areas of opportunity are carried out.  • Work closely with internal NSC cross-functional teams to set strategic direction tailored to each BU Pillar and drive for implementation: • Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks to meet BU expectations on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Resiliency, and coordinate x-functional efforts toward PLM, engineering, factories, suppliers, and field to manage the critical path to success. • Partner with S&OP managers to define/implement the best fulfillment model. • Build ahead / inventory stocking on key SKUs. • Overall buffer strategy to enable business growth (components & FGI) • Define and enable the fulfillment model. • Pillar-specific Sales & Operation, Order promise/ allocation by class /automated backlog management • Customer escalations management and resolution • Lead team to program manage projects/products in NSC from launch through EOL of the product life cycle: • Delivers highly effective Program Management, which is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of complex business projects spanning multiple organizations. • Manages complex or broad variety/scope of programs/projects for completeness, compatibility, and compliance with engineering principles, design needs, and standards. • Steward programs and projects with Sponsors and Stakeholders through the program lifecycle • Transition from NPI to Sustaining: Orchestrate launch strategy to ensure sustaining teams are ready to support launches. • Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks to meet BU expectations on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Resiliency, le
